1 | Check Eligibility |
a | Must be a non-Taiwanese citizen with a good academic record. |
b | Meet age, health, and education requirements set by the scholarship body. |
2 | Prepare Application Documents |

d | Two recommendation letters |
e | Proof of application/admission to Taiwanese universities |
f | Language proficiency certificate (Mandarin or English depending on program) |
3 | Submit Application |
a | Submit to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in the Philippines |
b | Each applicant must process first their application for their preferred university in Taiwan. They also have to comply with and submit necessary scholarship requirements to TECO for review and recommendation based on the indicated deadline. It is important to note that a student is ineligible to apply if he or she is currently enrolled in another program in Taiwan. |
4 | Wait for Results (Results are released by June) |
